FIFTEEN SOLD IN ONE WEEKEND

The Ponds, the North-West’s newest suburb was a hive of activity at the weekend with sales consultants securing 15 land sales.

Sales activity follows the official opening of The Ponds last weekend with a family fun day, fireworks show and the opening of the new builder display village featuring 15 quality homes from six of Australia’s leading home builders.

“Over 3,000 people attended the official opening, which contributed to the high sales numbers at the weekend and increased awareness about the many unique benefits on offer to home owners at The Ponds,” said Kerry Robinson, Landcom’s General Manager Development.

“The new land release offers purchasers several benefits - they are well positioned, with many of the new lots fronting parklands, which extend for 80 hectares through the middle of the new suburb, Stanhope Village is minutes away, lots have a flat contour and are easy to build on and there are no community levies.”

The new builder display village showcases various single and double storey modern architecturally designed housing types from Wisdom Homes, Allcastle Homes, Eden Brae Homes, AVJennings, Jandson Homes and Casaview Homes.

Wisdom Homes was one of the first builders to sell home and land packages at The Ponds and has already secured 20 sales.

The Ponds is a partnership between Landcom and Australand and when complete will comprise over 3000 homes. It is a growing 390 hectare master-planned community located beside Kellyville Ridge.
