Affordable Housing Delivery Panel Registration of Interest

Landcom is pleased to invite you to register your interest in the Affordable Housing Delivery Panel (Panel).

Lack of affordable housing is an issue for many communities in NSW. To help tackle the issue, Landcom is seeking to establish a Panel of Community Housing Providers to respond more readily to the current housing need. Establishing the Panel will create opportunities for Panel members to partner with Landcom in delivering affordable housing across NSW. By removing the formal Request for Tender (RFT) requirement, this initiative aims to cut costs and save time by streamlining the engagement process.

Landcom has a mandate to deliver affordable housing to the people of NSW. If you would like to join the Panel and partner with Landcom to deliver Affordable Housing, please click on the link below to access our Tender Portal. To register your interest, simply create an account on the Portal. Once you have registered, you can access the ‘Affordable Housing Delivery Panel Registration of Interest’ document and complete your registration.

Only Tier 1 and Tier 2 CHPs registered on the National Regulatory System for Community Housing are eligible to participate in the ROI.
