Welcome to the second edition of In the Making, Landcom's newsletter for our customers, partners and stakeholders.

Marking 50 years of making homes happen, this edition captures the pace and variety of our work, from new construction approaches to sustainable, community-first design.

In this edition, we share how surplus government land in Tweed Heads could help deliver hundreds of new homes, how a construction pilot at Schofields is helping us test innovative building methods, and how new communities are taking shape in East Lismore, Bomaderry and Orange. We also highlight a new partnership with UNSW Sydney that is encouraging the next generation of architects to tackle real-world housing challenges.

Thank you for following our journey as we continue making homes and communities happen across NSW.
