We’re excited to announce the second land release for Mondo by Landcom, will take place on Saturday, 9 August 2025. Due to the strong response to our previous release, this upcoming release will be offered via an online ballot system.

If you are registered with Landcom for the Mondo project, you will receive an email on Wednesday 30 July with a link to register for the ballot.

• Registration closes: 7pm AEST, Thursday 31 July

• All entries during this period will have an equal chance of securing an appointment. There’s no need to rush.
  
• The information you need to provide on your Mondo by Landcom Ballot Registration form will be the same information that will go on the Contract for Sale of Land. You will be required to show photo identification (Australian Driver's Licence and Medicare card, or Passport) at the time of reservation.
