Northern Rivers Build to Rent - Expressions of Interest

As part of the NSW Government’s commitment to boosting housing supply and diversity in regional New South Wales, Landcom has been tasked with delivery of a ‘Build to Rent’ (BTR) pilot project in the NSW Northern Rivers.

In anticipation of development approval, Landcom will soon be seeking qualified builders to finalise the design and construct the residential development located in East Lismore. 

This invitation is for an Expression of Interest (EOI) only and is provided for prospective Tenderers to express their interest and outline their capabilities to provide the required works and services to Landcom.

Fennell Bay - Main site | Expressions of Interest (EOI)

Landcom is seeking respondents to our Expression of Interest (EOI) to acquire a major landholding at Fennell Bay.

The Data Room is open from 4:00pm 13 January 2025 and the EOI will close at 4:00pm on 20 March 2025.
