Tallawong Station North Precinct | Invitation to Tender (ITT)
Landcom on behalf of the vendor, Sydney Metro, is seeking respondents to our Invitation to Tender (ITT) to acquire TW6 site within the Tallawong Station North Precinct located at 16- 24 Implexa Parade, Tallawong. This mixed-use, transit-oriented development site is close to Tallawong’s future town centre which is both to the north and south of Tallawong station. The future purchaser will also be required to deliver a new activated street from the existing Implexa Parade and Cudgegong Road to Tallawong Road and a new half north-south street which adjoins the development at 43-53 Cudgegong Road.
The site’s land area is approximately 15,790m² *, with a combined maximum GFA of 20,113m² **; maximum 19,415m² of residential and maximum 698m² of non-residential.

Hills Showground Precinct West | Invitation to Tender (ITT)
Landcom on behalf of the vendor, Sydney Metro, is seeking respondents to our Invitation to Tender (ITT) to acquire Hills Showground Precinct West. The site is located at 5 De Clambe Drive, Castle Hill and is the last site within the Showground Station Precinct to go to market. The site will be a mixed use site with new homes, commercial and retail space. The site is surrounded by open space, with sweeping regional views over the Cattai Creek corridor and the Castle Hill Showground.
The site’s land are is approximately 3,293m²*, with a potential total mixed-use gross floor area (GFA) of 29,146m²**.
